Damaged, mouldy or unplayable? Send it anyway — we inspect and attempt every item before we ever say no. There is an additional charge for cleaning and repairing tapes, which reflects the time involved and can vary considerably depending on how much work is needed across your order. In all cases we would contact you with the cost and get your approval before going ahead with that work.

What should we do with your original tapes?
A note on postage: please arrange your own postage to send items to us — we'd always recommend a tracked and insured service for anything irreplaceable, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit to us. Returns are always sent tracked and insured on our side; the cost depends on weight and destination (international returns cost more) and will be confirmed as part of your final quote, not included in the estimate below.
